- Round-trip coach bus ride from school to the Orpheum
- Leave school at approximately 5:30 PM
- Returning to school by approximately 10:00 PM
- 4 adult/teacher chaperones
This is one of the most exciting pieces ever written for Orchestra and the Senior Concert Band will be performing parts of it at this year's Spring Concert Band Night!
Blast off with special guest conductor Gemma New into Holst’s ever-popular interstellar suite, The Planets. With gorgeous tone and pyrotechnic passion, the singularly gifted Augustin Hadelich is undoubtedly one of the most consummate violinists of our time. Plus, British composer Alissa Firsova’s interpretation of the stormy love affair between Gustav Mahler’s widow Alma and expressionist painter Oskar Kokoschka.
